TERMS & CONDITIONS | PAYMENT |  MARKETING POLICY

These policies apply to all guest events, corporate events, conferences, meetings, hotel bookings, hospitality services, and marketing communications managed by GHS.


2. Mandatory Guest Identification

Indian Nationals: Passport / Driving Licence / Voter ID

Foreign Nationals: Passport & valid Visa

PAN Card mandatory for cash payments of INR 25,000 and above


3. Reservation & Rate Conditions

Hotels may release non-guaranteed reservations after cut-off date

Rates may change due to:

Government policies

Tax structure changes

Seasonal or validity period revisions

Travel agent / tour operator bookings follow contractual terms


4. Safety & Liability

Guests are responsible for personal safety, especially at locations with cliffs, rocky terrain, or water bodies

Hotel and GHS are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses due to negligence


5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival

Cancellations within 90 days or No-Show: 100% retention

No-Show for rooms, venues, or food: 100% chargeable


6. Minimum Guaranteed (MG) Attendance & Event Terms

Pax / Rooms as per approved proposal

GST & applicable taxes extra (as per government norms)

Additional requirements subject to availability with 24-hour prior intimation

All beverages must be procured from the hotel only

Extra guests beyond MG charged on actuals

Food Policy:

Preparation for 10% extra over MG

Exceeding 15% may affect quality & service

Menu substitutions allowed with best available options

7. Payment Terms

Mode of Payment: Bank Transfer (BT)

Final settlement: Within 30 days after event

Advances once paid are non-refundable & non-adjustable

Email confirmation = 100% acceptance

If GHS is not a registered vendor:

50% advance for confirmation

Balance 50% at least 7 days before event

Payment in favour of: Global Hospitality Solutions

PAN / TAN to be shared for billing


8. Compliance & Government Regulations

Guests must comply with applicable government health & safety norms

For music / DJ / live events, licenses from PPL, Novex & IPRS are mandatory (client responsibility)
